put in another enviroment(like on a metal plate) would have made it look more cold and more focussed on the knife

The keyboard seems to distract from the photo rather than enhance it.

Interesting shot... I have a question though, why is there the keyboard behind it? There must have been more than just thinking it seemed like an interesting background, right?
