Something looks off with the hair...was this "cut" out of another pic and placed in front of a different background? I like the shot, but it looks a bit over processed for my taste

Very nice. The edges of the subject to the background are a little jagged. Try blending them a little more.

you may have already heard this but the line on your hair is very jagged. next time try feathering your selection before you blur.

I like the crop. Lovely selfportrait, although it's a bit out of focus and the background looks a bit weird to me. Especially around your hair.

blurry and over exposed, the crop woulde have worked if the eye was in it but it dose not. Sorry but this is my opinion

I wish you would have keept all of the head inside the frame. More sharpness and less blurring would also have helped. You should also think about using colours that complement each other more to make the photo more appealing to the eye.

Eye contact and coloring is good,just a touch too much light on the cheek 8
