I get the idea that the dog is thirsty and likes margaritas, the expression on the dog is significant, but it is kind of dark and it really doesn't come across well to me, maybe some fill from a reflector or flash would help here

Hahhaha. Thanks for making me laugh. That dog looks thirsty. Good colors and nice use of aperture settings. Only comment is I feel the left side is a bit too tightly cropped and doesn't balance the drink side.

Great shot and very cute and funny. The only improvement I would have liked to have seen would have been less shadow on the doggies face and eyes to highlight it's expression. Well done.
