The shot is a bit dark, it could use a little better balance.

I live in Lima! This foto seems to be in b&w but no... Lima is like that!

The composition is pleasing, but I don't like the extremes of contrast here. Little detail is visible in either the sky or foreground and also confuses so that I can't tell what season this was taken in. However, I like the silhouetted effect this has.
