Two of our amazing Firemen who I believe are our Hero's.
I wish I could have entered this image in the "Enviromental Portrait", but was advised that it may not be a good idea to have two people in the image, re the challenge.....

Nice work. Captures the colours and textures without diminishing the characters of these two firemen.

this is really nice. all id suggest is cloning out the dark spot in the upper left hand corner since cropping it out would make that side way too tight. also maybe burning the bright spot on the tree between them. and possiblydarkening the jacket of the man on the left. it seems a tad too bright. but just the tiniest bit, almsot an unnotticable amount. lovely photo. Luckiy you, such handsome models :)

Hey Shez - I am looking at this with my moms computer and its pretty dark (her monitor that is). I really like this shot. I like the grass in front and the low color brush inthe back. The looks on their face and their poses are wonderful. When I get back home I will look at this one again when I can see it in the best lighting and color, but I think this would have done very well even with two people. I would have voted this high and not even thought of it in a DNMC kind of way. Great shot.

This is great!!! Love the tight crop and nice colors. This could be well done in black and white too. If I nitpick anything - maybe take a little red out of their skin, although, after fighting a fire, that's probably very legitimate!!
