| uh-oh, I'm going to disagree with shez - I like the softness and the limited DoF. I think the flow of the image is broken though, my eye follows the stem from right to left, hits the leaf ... and is forced nearly straight down by the DoF when it really wants to follow the vein to the lower left corner -- maybe a crop w/o so much on the left? or the bottom? I dunno, I'll have to think about it! Either way you have an exceptional eye! :) |

Again another good concept, but just a tad to soft.....
Maybe sharpen them just a little, to improve the composition, which is really good.
Love the texture in the leaf.....Well done. |
