I was wondering if anyone would include this beauty by Gyo Obata. Not too many people know about the Independence Temple and I'm glad this was included in the set of entries. The centrally composed image works well, surprisingly, for this composition. The skies have a nice feel and color to it. The blur in the trees are all forgivable. The only thing that gets me is the fact that the cross isn't centered.

This church is quite inspiring BTW. The concept is based off of a nautilus shell ;) Gotta love it ;)
