No matter what the DPC score is, this is a great image!! IMO DPC scores are somewhat misleading.

Love the sense of simplicity in these row houses. It has that European flavor to it. Great shot!

two differnt types of architecture. But there is to much ground. Get closer in to the subject and this would be a stronger image.

With many pictures in the competition being high contrast and high drama, I especially like the peace and gentle light in this photo. You found a lovely golden rose light and worked to make it fill the atmosphere of the photo creating a feel of stepingout of time - perfect with the subject. I would like to see a solitary figure walking through of someother point of interest because the eye tends to wander through the frame and not settle on anything.

I like the way the doors are all together. It seems to have too much in the image, though, but I can't figure out what would be the best part to focus on. My eye is drawn mostly to the door with the stairs showing, or the tower in the background. Anyway, it is a complicated image that has great potential to draw out many aspects of it in several crops, without losing interest. I have been looking at this image for about 2 minutes, and the longer I look, the better I like what you did here. I hope others do the same, otherwise it will be underrated.

Colours and forms are beautiful on this one. The light is excellent. BY the way, I like the frame as well.

Neat exposure. Needs a little cropping.

I really like this picture, but it is a little bland to me. I threw it into photoshop and bumped up the contrast to +35 and put the brightness at -10 and it made for a richer photograph (IMO). Lastly, the bricks on the lower right, I selected them did USM on them and the details became more clear.
