That is an awesome reflection and powerful effect. I think the eye is semi-consciously surprised by the fact that that's a building (and not just clouds) which makes for a very pleasing view. Added to my faves.

Fun play on the eye - which is sky and which is building? What is building and what is reflection? Nice contrast and color - hint of dark blue.
