I'll have to agree with TooCool here about NI. I really think it'd be better to allow her natural skin texture come through.

The pose here looks a little forced or uncomfortable. Also it looks like you NI'ed this maybe a touch too much. I come from a camp that believes that girls really do have freckles and skin textures...
