This was my first challenge and I didn't really know what I was doing. Yes, my title was terrible and the picture is way too small. I'll do better with this stuff next time.

camera phone?

This would have been a fine picture if you made use of the 640 pixel maximum dimension you are allowed. (I'm sure other people will point this out, too.)

It looks like you may have a great photograph here, but the size is too small to tell for sure. Always try to use the full size parameter that DPC allows. Smaller images lose important detail and tend to do poorly. I'd really like to see this one in a larger size after the voting is finished.

I see failure only in your title.

oh man, this looks like a good pic, too bad it's not larger, that's going to hurt your score

Is your story a street kid looking for shelter at night,if so fits the challenge, a larger image would have given more impact....7

I'm not sure exactly how to convey failure. Don't worry instead of voting as if DNMC or voting as it did, I just obstained from voting this image because I don't understand how you are trying to convey failure.

Imagewise(not based off objective): I don't have a clear understanding of what your subject is or where you are trying to put your main focus. Your title would suggest the tunnel (which is more in focus and has more light), but there is a person standing right in the middle of the picture (whom is dark with little detail, but still drawing my attention).

Really needs to be bigger...I'm sure there's a great shot in there at 640 pixels!

from a general point of view I think that is a good shot. i have some problem for this contest, where is the failure here? the tunnel is an allegoric image?
another problem I think that are the small dimensions of the shot.
best regards

I really like this shot. :) However, it would have been a bit better for me if it had been sized to the full 640 px width.

Please submit larger images. I'd like to see the detail.

Image is too small, and I don't grasp a feeling of "failure" from it
