Cropped, then adjusted Saturation, Contrast, Levels, and removed Noise. Single light source only, after midnight, from the 5-bulb chandelier, about 5-degrees to my right and 70-degrees up. The camera was on 12-Second Timer, in the dark adjacent room past the archway, 7-Feet up, Zoomed in just a touch, 15.1mm Focal Length. Prop used is a Victorian garden decoration, a reflective sphere, like M.C. Escher used in 1935. |

 Man, this is fantastic!

I love this composition and the execution is... well, fantastic!

Ok, so it's noisy as anything and it looks like it's been cropped like a crazy white-tailed bass, but that's hardly your fault...

As might be guessed, I do have a bit of a soft spot for Escher.. ;)

For the challenge, I think you might have been treading on thin ice with that chandelier... technically a light stand with multiple lights is still multiple lights... Same would go for a chandelier I would think... |

Emianne - where are your images?! This is sweet - and it doesn't look like an apartment.

Great idea! I'm still looking for the camera in the globe but can't see it, nice! Focus seems a bit soft though.

Pick up the apartment before you shoot next time. I'm distracted by what appears to be a mess reflected in the ball.

it's a nice image idea and could win a lot of points, but the blur and noise lets it down .

Neat idea, but not sharp enough and the lighting is too white.

Interesting image. Kinda noisy, and a curious use of roses, but I like the reflection.

This is an interesting composition and a great idea. The focus on your face is a bit soft.

M.C. Escher is my favorite Artist. I only say that because this reminds me of the Hand with the globe painting. Good picture.
