This is really an excellent environmental portrait - it shows this young man in his element being a cook; what is really nice is that the background shows what he does but doesn't overwhelm the whole picture. The composition is very good, too. I like it a lot and gave you a 10.

Cropped a little too tight. I find myself being drawn to the hand rather than to the face, if the hand were further back rather than 'coming at' the camera it would be less distracting.
