The kids were fooling around, so I put the lenscap in a pipe vise and had them hold it. Green shirt, pink shirt, orange vise, yellow wall...

The angle at which this is shot makes it look as though the pink-shirted kid has only one hand, and there's an extra few fingers with no arm attached near the green shirted kid.

Bringing them away from the background would cut the harsh shadows.

yikes, careful.... I like the way the shirt colors go together, maybe a solid background could help this photo, cool idea and composition, nice job
