I used my tripod and some bungy cords it was very stable. |

FYI I can recognize the camera blur :-)
Also, a better title would have been: "Where did I put my camera!?"
Next time, wipe the roof, as it would have been a cleaner shot. One final bump of the evening. 8. |

great idea and well executed...better to get your pic validated than to do it yourself in the title imho...a great fun shot...good colour |

Gotta hate when that happens. Good color in this shot. |

Great picture - brings back flashbacks of stuff I've left on the roof before. Well done exposure! |

The first part of your title is great. The second part is not needed. Clever idea and the image is well done. |

I like the shot, but not the explanation in the title. I would rather see the explanation in the details section after the challenge is over. The image is near the top of my voting however because of the setup and concept! Just my 2cents. |

Okay photo, but crappy title. Just my opinion but if you had stopped before the parenthetical phrase, it might have rescued this. Telling me the shooting context in the title insults my intelligence. Probably not a very helpful comment. |

This is good. I've actually done this - not on the roof of the car but on the hood. Luckily, I was able to drive back and find it. |

I like the clarity of the lenscap and the top of the car. Nicely done. The purple and yellow streaks add a nice touch to the green background. |

Where did you take this picture from? Standing on the back bumper? Great use of blur, pleasing colors. |

Uhg! Skip the FYI next time, I hate titles like that have to explain the photo, not going to mark you down for it though. I just feel when reading titles like this that you assume the voters are just dumb, trust me, most people can figure it was taken at a long exposure :)
Having said that this shot is very well done, love the droplets on the roof and the motion blur, this got an 8 from me. |

Nice idea, would look even better if you had managed to get the lenscap on without disturbing the dew on the roof. Still a dramatic shot |
