I love the way he is the only portion of the image that is in color. I recently dicovered how to do this myself and thought it was awesome.

I think the post of the left is distracting. A tighter crop would get rid of it. Nice bright orange that really makes him stand out from his surroundings.

I thought for a moment this was a take on Guantanamo base, but then realised Sikhs aren't classified as suspects :) Good setting.
