| doesn't really look like night to me. More like a dark, rainy day. Would have been great for a 'rain' challenge. |

| Probably doesn't look enough like nighttime to do well with DPC voters, even though I can believe this was taken after sunset. Good use of lines. |

| I like rain. This is an eye-catcher. It might be cloudy but the ambient light suggests the sun was out behind the clouds. |

| It looks more like a rainy afternoon (maybe late afternoon), but, nonetheless, it's a good shot; I love the clarity and serenity of it. Nice job. |

| It's a nice photo. One can smell the rain. Very good quality. I'm just not sure it is night :) Bumping up a bit after second pass. |
