I usually try and keep my titles no longer than the width of the image. Just letting you know since some might penalize you for the long title. As for as the image is concern, there is good interest. I'd probably bump up the saturation just a bit.

Not quite in focus, lighting is too dark. Better lighting would bring out the different colours, that would be an improvement.
