This is a 9 week old Owlet, but I cant remember what sort of Owl it is.

The picture is pretty much straight out of the camera, apart from a small amount of cloning on the background.

Great capture! As others have said a bit more pp on the colouring would have helped but the expression makes up for it, really gets your attention.

I'd agree with a couple of the comments that you might want to do a little bit of contrast and also a little color adjustment (it seems a bit too 'red' overall) but otherwise an excellent capture! That expression is priceless.

Did you try adding a bit more contrast. Might bring out the details a bit better. Otherwise, a wonderful shot.

Yes, I thought the expression was great, he held that pose for quite a while, without moving, I'm not sure if it was fear, or, do Owls sleep with their eyes open?
