yes, that is a coral snake. It was slithering around where we were going to setup our tents. As a good Scoutmaster, I carefully removed the snake to the woods on the other side of the camp.

Hey, I learned in Boy Scouts: "Red touch black, friend of Jack. Red touch yellow, kill a fellow." That's red touching yellow there. I've never seen one in real life.
