I got this idea when walking around Rockefeller Center this morning. This is right across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral.

This is my first RAW submission and edit job. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

RAW --> White balance, saturation, sharpness adjusted. Cropped and quality lowered to 8 for submission.

Did you use flash on this? It really needs some fill lighting to bring out the detail in the statue...

I like the idea behind this photo.. and I realise that the busy background would have been difficult to change, depending on the type of equipment used. The face of the statue is a little dark.. again, difficult to expose for the light bg and the dark foreground. I like how the green is reflected up on the legs of the subject.

Until I looked at the title I assumed it was, "he's got the weight of the world on his shoulders".
