Greetings from the Critique Club...

Nice image for the Rhythm Challenge. Compositionally this works. What I might do next time is crop a bit tigher so you don't have that white space in the corner. In regards to the DOF, it looks good, however it appears you sharpened that area a bit too much especially the top of the key so I'd try and avoid that in the future.

Other than that there isn't much else I'd change. Maybe make the white keys whiter so they provide more contrast with the black keys.

wonderful interpretaion of the theme! I wish your DOF was a little bit wider, but the one key certainly makes a statement. very nice!

personally would have preferred the focus on the first key and to see less of an angle to include more of the keyboard
