Wow, I've never seen compression artifacts before that are so heavy that they look like a deliberate effect |

i think you fiddled with it too much. it has caused a negative effect to a nice image. |

It seems to be too oversharpened or something. Its a little bit noisy too, overall a good photo and idea. |
