Not much in processing. Converted with RawShooter Premium. Some saturation and contrast in Photoshop Elements then resize, USM and save for the web.
I was marching in the parade with the Boy Scouts and taking various pictures. This one stood out because of the girl in pink. I cropped out the girl to her left because she had a very unhappy face.

Great candid shot David! I always love to see how you portrayed our great city after the challenges :) This one might have worked as a photojournal photo too. I like it a lot. I think it should have scored much better than 4.8 for sure.
Neat candid capture, but a bit too busy. TO me, the girl in the pink hat should be the main subject, and I'd like to see here more isolated. The girl in blue on the right is one of the more distracting objects not cropped. Nice exposure and focus.
This looks like a great and fun scene to photograph, but it seems like there is too much going on and too many people crammed together her to be able to focus on any one thing.
