In the sea of the other images submitted to the challenge, this one did not look outstanding. But viewed alone after the challenge, I would say it is a very good image. It grows on you.

| The closest window panes are a little dirty. Very nice hues and color pallet. |

| Interesting idea but there are several things here competing for my attention, the bars in the front, the benches on the terrace, the rail on the terrace, the stairs on the other side, the windows on the other side, all fighting each other and offering a jumbled overall distracting shot. The lighting is also very unbalanced and the hot spot in the upper right middle is very distracting. It's pulling my attention more than anything else. Maybe if you came back from the window a bit and up, so you had just the bottom of the terrace rail with the stairs across the way? Also less time on the exposure so the lights in the stairwell don't cause such a hot spot? Sorry, as is, a 3 |
