 Initial camera settings - shutter priority, exposure compensation of +0.7, 28mm focal length.
Post processing - Applied negative command. Adjusted exposure, brightness and contrast. Applied Remove Moire' command to whole image (Noise reduction) and increased saturation. Also adjusted color balance slightly to make more colorful.

I like the colors but nothing looks to be in focus. Also, there are too many distracting elements, IMO.
