 This was a dangerously fun challenge. As usual I wanted to try something a little out of the box. I think people will either hate it or like it. So, we'll have to see.

Thanks to Mukta for leading on this path of creative thinking and thanks to Shamina for being my model and risking her home from burning down :)

This is definitely one of the more creative takes on "Old"! The flames are well captured and I appreciate the story-telling aspect. Those cute guys can be real jerks :-)

This is quite an interesting take on the challenge. The concept in itself is great however slight improvments could be made to help this image "sing". I like the diagonal composition of the photo. The flames are just right and the color space seems to work pretty well. I think what is lacking here is the focus on the woman's hands. This might have been intentional but I would have probably used f11 or f18 so fully capture the sharpness on the woman's hands. The ring is a slight distraction as it "shines and sparkles" in an otherwise simple monotone (except for the flame) image. Good luck.
