After some playing with using a softbox, snoot, and other various lighting I finally decieded of tungson lighting. To get the blue dots of bright lights I used a flashlight turning it on and off. I adjusted the curves alittle and brightness/contrast, cropped to size.

I love the angle and the camera, but i dislike the background. I would've maybe had it laying on the ground or in a trashcan or something more creative.

Clear image, with an interesting background. I like the diagonal of the camera, which adds a bit of interest and drama.

The marble floor is pretty but it takes attention from the cool looking textures and discolored old camera.

the blue highlights are a little distracting. Cool camera, though.

At first glance, I loved this, the colors are so rich... but upon further investigation I don't like that the top right and bottom left pieces are out of focus and the spot lighting seems a bit distracting. Still the overall effect is great.

A nice shot of a classic. In my opinion, the texture in the marble is distracting from the subject. Maybe a nice dark mahogany-type wood would look better behind the camera, and give it a more nostalgic look to the photo.

The lighting and background really makes this photo stand out. Definitely the best shot of an old camera in this challenge. Just a small detail: I would have preferred to see the whole camera in focus and not just the shutter. 8.

The BEST old camera photo in the challenge (and there are a lot of them). Your background and lighting really work.

The glare spots on the marble draw a little too much attention...

This is a really cool image. As is with that tricky photography thing, I can't be sure what the set=up is here. Sorta looks like a museum piece or just some funky lighting set-up. Either way, nice colors and affective overall feeling. 8
