| Love the idea, but the focus should be on the girl, not on the grass in my opinion. Probably should have been straightened as well. |

| Interesting photo for sure, just wondering what it has to do with new? I like the angle, and the DOF is definatly appealing. Wish i could see a larger version... looks good! |

| Unique angle and perspective. Not sure that I like the tilt, it almost seems haphazard instead of planned. |

| You will find you get better scores with bigger images. Try to use the full image size available to you. Not sure about relevance to challenge. |

| I do not see how this fits into the challenge theme of Something New. The crop / composition is not executed well. If you were going to reshoot this, I would suggest taking it either early in the morning or later in the afternoon when the sunshine would better demonstrate shadows and textures. |

| Other than being a bit small I like the photo, it's an interesting angle and subject. I can't relate it to new though. |

| I wish I got the purpose of this photo, assuming that it is a new photo idea that you've never tried before. ?!? in terms of the photo, the grass at the front that is out of focus is quite off putting, also you might as well make use of the full size to get the greatest impact. I hope your comments explain what its all about :) |
