Sorry that people were to stupid to believe it was actually old, or just had a dumb stereotype in their head about old things. I wasn't happy with mine either but when I saw yours I felt bad cuz yours is better than mine.

A clean image. For the challenge a little digital dirt added might well have achieved what you needed.

Nice image and I soooo would love to have that Jeep. Problem is the voters were looking for images that looked old. As was discussed in a thread about a 30 y/o camera.

It's a well done car shot, but lacks a bit of punch as far as what voters want to see around here. BTW, I think the quality is good enough for almost any car magazine.

IMO, I think it would have scored a bit higher in the Something New challenge with a title such as "1947 Willys Jeep Made New".

is this a car show? mint condition. doesn't look old at all. without title it looks new.

Technically accomplished prtrait of a vehicle - as an illustration it's faultless. In this challenge however ... well, it neither is nor looks that old, and there is little more to the image than its subject - no magic in light, environment, relationships, and no surprise.
