This girl thought it was too cold to get in the pool, so she just soaked up some sun in a chair. I intentionally had her head imbetween the handles, to create a frame of sorts. I liked how their shape mimicked the shape of the legs of the pool chair.

Thanks for all the comments.

Just LOVE the framing - also the conversion - sweet!

Judy, this is nice shot, just wondering if it looked better with different composition/crop.

I think this is underrated, I like the framing with the rail. It does seems a little out of focus, or motion blurred though.

love the graphic qualities of this image, but think your subject is too distant to really connect with the story you'd like the image to tell.

clean but the pool ladder handles are too distracting

Excellent work, looks like something out of a movie. Wondeful black and white.

The bar is distracting

I like it how the frame followes the line of the back and frames the head section. Nice B&W.

Nice capture, composition. Slightly tighter crop might be better. Interesting how the pool rail frame her head and upper body.

Very fun, truly candid photo! The lighting is so perfect. . .lit up in just the right places creating great contrast with the rest of the photo. I love it!

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.

This is ok, but kind of expected to find near a pool. No real emotion; no real story. I like how the head is seen through the railing though. It gives the shot far more interest then it would have had without that detail. Still, its just a 4 photo for me.
