First Impression - the most important one: Is an interesting composition ... but doesn't really meet the challenge ... don't let that stop you from entering again ...
Composition: I would like to see more of the person ... just a bit more face from behind the tree (that is if it was a portrait type) ... in a candid this you can't often control. This is an interesint crop but it feels like the tree is a barrier.
Subject: Does not seem to meet the challenge. but that ain't the be all and end all of life really.
Technical (Colour and light): I am one of the people who loves colour when it comes to shots taken in nature ... here the black and white seems a little much .. it works but I think colour would help.
To grow its vote?: Well meeting the challenge helps .. if you have not sure about how to chekc the forums ..poeple quite often discuss the challenges in the week of entry.
Summary: Lovely shot ... will be looking for more from you!

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.
Not really a candid to me. Seems to be hiding from the camera but then gets caught and laughs. I like to see something a bit more out of the ordinary or that has a bit of a kick to it. I do like the tones, and good dof on the face rather than the tree or the background.
