Man fishing in arkansas river, used a diffrent captue of same subject for texture which did not do well, complaints about it being to dark so bumped the brightness alot, selective gausian blur to clear noise, greyscale, crop resize, bump contrast

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.
Just a bit too obscure for me as to the tones. Too light. It's an ok candid, but not really unexpected or out of the ordinary for me.
Nice composition. Clearer and sharper would be better. Image feels gray, I'd prefer brighter levels, and revisit levels, especially after B&W conversion.
not really sure what i'm supposed to be looking at... lines lead my eyes in all different ways... why is it in black and white? and it's so far away and i can't see the guy's face... this is a very nonengaging photo
