I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

Just a bit too obscure for me as to the tones. Too light. It's an ok candid, but not really unexpected or out of the ordinary for me.

I think this needs more contrast and it seems a little soft.

image is a bit flat; it could really use some work. it's also a bit soft. nice idea, but not enough to really draw me and keep me.

image is very flat - no real depth of tone

Standing so far he can't even throw his line to you doesn't count. I'd give it a shot of contrast by levels.

Nice composition. Clearer and sharper would be better. Image feels gray, I'd prefer brighter levels, and revisit levels, especially after B&W conversion.

not really sure what i'm supposed to be looking at... lines lead my eyes in all different ways... why is it in black and white? and it's so far away and i can't see the guy's face... this is a very nonengaging photo

Compositionally a good picture. It is marred by lack of contrast and some softness.
