Congratulations on your top 20 finish with this petite leap.

This is a great shot. I like the leading lines. How'd you get it so empty? Would think there would be people everywhere.

ah this should have placed in top 5 at least. Nevermind. Your shots are really improving. Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff soon!

This was a fantastic shot Nicole. I wish it finished in the top somewhere (not third of course ;-) !!!) This is stunning. You have a great little model at your beck and call.

I loved the minimalist approach. Should've scored higher in my opinion.

Lovely image and one of my top picks for a ribbon or at least a top 10 ;) Good luck!

Hm, is that you e301? I'd have preferred this in B&W, the shapes come out much nicer then. 8.

7 - Nice composition and balance and capture. Difficult to adjust the colors/contrast I imagine, as already looks a little 'blown' in some areas, but could just be lack of grass &/or a processing effect (apologies in advance if wrong). Not sure on the frame, mostly for the fact I'd rather see the extra pixels of the shot itself. Also not sure, but perhaps a more finely tuned crop may have given this a little extra, but your call, obviously.

I like the lines and how the jumping girl breakes those. Also good gradation from shadow to highlight and matching greens of the grass and dress.

Excellent composition. The lines pull you right throught the photo, and never take away from the subject. Very nice!

Fabulous lines and curves in this. I really like the uniformity first off and then how its broken up by the young girl. Fits the challenge prefectly and has a nice whimsical feel to it, I can image a kid hopping up and down those step thingies easily. The lighting is a bit harsh but I think it actually works for this shot (at least to me), gives those nice shadows on the curves. The color is a bit faded, possibly because of the lighting?, so I wish it was a tad more vibrant but over all I think its excellent. 7

The stadium (with its curved lines) becomes more of the subject than the girl.
