 My friend was just doing his thing in the parking lot at ala moana when i caught this frame of him. its from my brand new d5o and it was one of my first times using it.

There are some distracting distortions (or artifacts) in the picture - almost like a ghosting around the edge of the person. Also the blur at the bottom left is quite off-putting.

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.

Well, it's alright. It at least shows some type of emotion in the face, unlike many I have seen. Not a big wow factor for me, but its ok. Lighting is ok, and tones. A bit of blur in the bottom left is a distraction. Just a 4 vote for me.
