A co-worker brought some home grown pears to work. When I saw the shape of this pear, I immediately thought of the right angle and wondered how it grew this way. Adjusted levels and crop is the only thing I needed to do.

I am one of the three voters who gave a ten to this pic and, of course, I am quite surprised to see that it was not appreciated as it deserved.
Even more surprised that there is people who cannot see the right angle in it...

Great idea for the challenge.

Natural right angles can be hard to find, but I think you did a good job. I also like the fact that you enhanced the angles with the background. The colors are rich and I really enjoy the lighting. Good job!

Very warm picture. Some nice colors here. I would like to see some playing with contrast level. You have some really nice shadows and I would like to see them a bit sharper.

Wow, very creative. Nice saturation and warmth. I would have left a tiny more space at the bottom. But well done and deserves 8.

wonderful perspective and coloring here. What a weird fruit. I like the composition, it makes the fruit look like it's ducking down to be in the image.

i like the photo, but barely for this particular topic. it is a great shot of the fruit, i would even spray a little water on it, there are curves, but no angles. 4

I see this finishing very very well. The lighting is suburb. Everything about it is just amazing.
