 Cut a hole in a grapefruit and put the top of a milk carton into the hole. A plastic hose runs through the grapefruit and is connected to a funnel above the frame. Just poured some juice through the funnel and took the photo.

The German name for the fruit is pampelmuse which translates to grapefruit, shaddock or pomelo. I translated to grapefruit in the title although it is more in the line of a shaddock I guess which are smaller than grapefruit but a lot smaller. The juice is in fact orange juice, which I chose because orange juice itself is yellow and not orange.

clever though i would have called it orange juice, because though oranges are orange and not yellow, their juice is closer to the color oyu have than grapefruit juice which s lighter... or perhaps you boosted the color?

A fun image. I like the choice of background since it makes the yellows that much richer and brighter. The focus is great, lighting is good too though I think the hand could use just a little more oomph. I like the composition but I don't like that the hand is cut off at the top. Everything looks good for the most part. 6.

Interesting shot. I think in this case, there's too little of the hand cropped off to make the tight crop look ok, but nice job overall.

Looks more orange than yellow, thought it was an orange, don't see to many yellow grapefruits either. Love the idea though, must have been fun shooting. You get a 7 for creativity and originality :)
