I like this picture better than the other one in your series. The shape of the boat is more defined and adds interest, and the portrait orientation suits the boardwalk that moves off toward the sky. Though blown, the sky is better defined, and the bokeh seems to work better here. Seems to be slight vignetting which adds to the effect. I like detail, so seeing more of the boat's bow, rivets, peeling paint, etc. would have made me like this even more. Good picture overall.
