 The "dawn patrol" is a term given to a balloon - or group of balloons - that launch before everybody else in the early morning hours during the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. They test the flying conditions for the rest of the participants. Because it is quite dark when they launch, they carry blinking warning lights suspended below the gondola (which have been cloned out in this version).

Levels, selective color adjustment, cloned out electric wires and suspended light, NoisewarePro, USM. (Replaces previous version that was moved to my workshop prior to entering this challenge.)
