Good panning - would like to see the comp a bit more offset though. Background is good context but distracting also - so a tighter crop may have improved it.

Good shot and the title is also very interesting.
First I didn't noticed the background, but when I read the title I looked in background to find

You might wanted to have him stop where he was running so the monkey bars weren't so blurry. It needs to be focused a little more. Other wise good idea and the the look on the boy's face is a good expression for this title.
