 It is the coil in a no battery flashlight.The flashlight is see through and was held in front of a lamp shade.

First glance: What the? Mission accomplished!

Even after looking at this for a while I've still no idea what it is. Not sure it's exciting enogh to grab the attention. Everything is very vertical and the reds in the middle lack the energy of the yellows surrounding them.
