Nice composition. The upper portion, though, is really blown out. Need more detail on that portion, or perhaps you should have cropped it out entirely. Nothing would have been lost by getting rid of that upper blown out portion.

Nice capture!! I like the overexposed portion of the ice at the top. It contrasts nicely with the dark background.

I'm a sucker for falling water. This shot is nice. However, the drop itself needs to be sharper. Maybe the use of a fill flash would help? Higher shutter speed in general? Still, this is a nice moment that is difficult to capture.
