auto levels, with curves to brighten, but I deleted the curves layer over the surface of the water, because the brightness was hiding the smoothing effect of the long exposure.

In general, I don't like waterfall scenes with long exposures but here you found a good balance between smooth effect of flow and hard effect of still water surface. Looking at the water only I feel that it's somewhat cold out there and this feeling is reflected on other parts of the photo (the icycles, the leaves, the moss, the colors, the light). Makes me want to see it in a larger size. Great one!

IT LOOKS COLD THERE!
Maybe a different crop could have kept the interest more on the ice or water, as it is, it looks like there is too much "boring" stuff in the picture.

imho the composition is wrong in this image, the water is running out of the picture to the right hand side of the image, and the fall at the top of the image is too small to be of any great impact.
