great subject. just a touch more DOF to bring the focus on the leaves on the outside of the photo. the lighting seems just a bit bright along the edge also.
You've met the challenge in filling the frame. The subject is good as is the composition. The focus is not exactly bang on tho and I think a little more saturation would have done this image wonders.
the light flecks seem to glow a little, like the aperture wanted to be just a little bit smaller maybe... but i don't really know what i'm talking about.
