I don't like how the left boot is interrupting a reflection, and then the reflection continues its line into the boot's reflection. It de-emphasizes the boot. Otherwise a great shot.

great patterns! effective use of repetitive elements in an image. composition seems a bit static despite the movement of the drops.

very cute! I like the off center subject - LOVE the rain and the colors splash right back at you - the only weird thing is the angle of the toes of the boots -
