Love this shot.
I like how the woman is sitting there feeling small and uncomfortable, turning away from the phone as if she doesn't want anyone to know of her presence.

Awesome shot... did you come across this setup for you already or is it something you did in a studio. Either way, the lighting and shadows are very nice... it really brings out the shadows in the texture of the chair.
