 Whew, what a pain this one was. How I did it:
1) I set a flower behind a black piece of glass
2) I used a medicine dropper to place dropplets of water on glass
3) I placed a piece of white glass behind setup for background and place a purple gel over the white glass for a darker hue
4) I used a long exposure and used a flashlight to highlight parts of the image. I aimed the flashlight through the white glass for the glow behind the flower. (I had a light overhead my kitchen sink for general lighting)

5) Post Processing:
-Raw adjustments in CS2
-Cleaned up a few sensor dust spots, dust on glass, and flower imperfections with clone tool.
-Crop (rotated w/crop)
-clone out small white spot from crop
-Dodge very center of flower once
-USM
-Channel Mixer for black & white
