 Clarinet standing against black felt background. Used a flashlight with blue saran wrap over it to highlight during about a 3 second exposure. Rotated, cropped, adjusted hue slightly to bring out more blue, resized, sharpened and saved.

excuisite. Excellent concept, and good execution. I'd give it a 9.5, but I can't, so I guess you get lucky and I'll just give it the benefit of a 10. :-)

Now that is nice. Favorite so far, creative.
Minor nitpicks: some noise or artifacts is disracting me on the bell and the right of the clef (compression artifacting). Also the glare on what I think is the E-flat valve (could be wrong on that, it's been awhile since I picked up a clarinet).

I like the way this turned out. Looks like it could have benefited from a slightly brighter beam with a harder edge.
