 Shot in raw - applied several layers with different blending modes in Photoshop, sharpened, used a color spot filter - glow filter, neatimage, and used spot editing and smudge tool for background, resized and sharpened again

Aargh! would be nice if the man where looking in the right direction and the lighting on him be brighter. Give you 7 though for being somewhat interesting idea. (not new though)
